With over 40 years of professional experience—including leadership roles such as Office Managing & Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young (Maldives)—Hisham brings deep expertise across banking, financial services, hospitality, construction, telecoms and manufacturing. He holds multiple fellowships including FCA (Sri Lanka & Maldives), FCCA (UK), FCMA (UK), and an MBA from the National University of Singapore, reflecting his deep expertise and leadership in the accounting profession. Known for his rigorous approach to IFRS, forensic auditing and strategic assurance, Hisham leads our firm’s commitment to auditable excellence and insightful financial stewardship.

With almost two decades of professional experience, including a distinguished tenure at Ernst & Young, Dammika is an expert in financial reporting, auditing, and strategic planning. A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and an Associate Member (ASA) of CPA Australia, he also holds prestigious credentials such as AFA (UK) and MIPA (Aus), alongside an MBA from the University of West London. His strategic vision, coupled with a commitment to exceptional client service, has been instrumental in driving the firm’s success—empowering clients to achieve financial growth, resilience, and long‑term sustainability.
Pradeep Neluwage

Meet Pradeep Neluwage, co founder and partner at DXP Associates, with over 14 years of expertise in accounting and auditing across diverse industries including hospitality, import/export, manufacturing, and logistics. His early career at Ernst & Young sharpened his skills in client relations and in conducting audits for sectors such as resorts, construction, and banking. Pradeep holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy, is a Pass Finalist of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka, a Certified Business Accountant, and earned his MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, UK.
